I here proclaim that I am not a fan of Fred from Youtube.com, nor I think his videos are funny. In fact I do think his videos are anything but funny in anyway. I do however acknowledge that he is a popular guy in the Youtube community and somehow I found this video (by chance) which helps explain how anyone with a PSP and the right software and tools can make Fred's annoying voice. For what purpose???. Well, It is all up to the viewer hehe! :D Take a look at the video below!!
