Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce PSP Gameplay

Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce for the PSP is a great fighting, beat'em up game. It has somewhat strategy factor to it, and what I really like about this game specifically is how well the characters have been developed. Meaning the outfits, and graphics are outstanding. I specially like the girls on this game, so well created and sex appealing while they can also have good fighting skills(take a look at the picture above: isn't she pretty? and well equipped for battle?). The group cut-scenes are nothing short of amazing. (much like PS2 graphics) also the special moves, and character choosing variety is quite large.

As you can probably notice, I did just picked up this game and so, I still need to get to know the variety of attack combos. I have played previous Dynasty Warriors games on the PS2 and so, I already have the main idea on what this game is about. Personally, I do recommend this game to everyone. I am having much fun with it.

Buzz, Sabes De Tu Pais? PSP Spanish Trivia Gameplay

Buzz, Sabes De Tu Pais? is a Spanish trivia game great for party people. It is in the the same line of other Buzz, trivia questions game. The questions are about a variety of topics; Some about movies, and other media, and some questions where logic has a big part of the game as seen here on the video below. (you will only understand it if you speak Spanish of course!)

Capcom's Fate Unlimited Codes Trailer For PSP

I know this game is out already for the PS2(well, as an import anyway), but then why would some sites claim it to be a PSP-exclusive? That does not make sense to me.

Well, anyway, the combos look a little too long for me (maybe knowing how to, would really take a lot of practicing, like in some typical 3d fighters), but can not quite give a full opinion since I have yet to play it. This game is schedule to be released this summer for PSP, by our friends over at Capcom, as the trailer shows. Hopefully it will be a good one.

Watch the PSP trailer here, and tell me what you think. Does it look like a good fighter game, or it is just another from the same bunch?

PSP Realistic Shooting (PSP Gun Controller)

Not so long ago I posted an article about a remote control car for the PSP(here), for those who are racing enthusiasts, this seems like an excellent crossover and a good idea. Now it is time for those who enjoy first person shooters to get their hands on a new gun control for the PSP. Very simple to understand and to use, by the way these images are shown.

This great little gadget for the use with the PSP and it is not from Sony though. Although this would seem like it was. It is by some company I never heard of called Madcatz, but I did find out they are a video game accessory company.

The gun controller for the PSP is said to have a motion senser, all PSP buttons incorporated to the gun, with "x" being the trigger. The second picture below shows how you mount the PSP to it. I am just left to wonder, is this an attractive accessory first person shooters would consider buying?

Formula 1 2009 (F1 2009) PSP Screenshots and Trailer

Formula 1 2009 for the PSP (F1 2009) is in the racing category of gaming and is yet without a release date. It is developed by Sumo Digital, and published by Codemasters. I know the trailer do not show much gameplay action. That is the reason why I included screen shots as well. I guess it is too early to sate anything about F1, I will certainly follow and wait until I see more gameplay action to give it some kind of preview comments. Maybe they should show more gameplay on another trailer, perhaps...

Armored Core 3 Portable, Japan Trailer For PSP

Armored Core 3 Portable is an action simulation PSP game and looks excellent here!

20 years the earth's government and Corporations fight for supremacy. Most of the people of the earth now live underneath the surface of the planet just to stay safe from harm. All the while there is a new entity coming into the story.

Nice trailer, but it is Japan only. It is schedule to be released on 7.30.09. Developed by FromSoftware

High PSP Piracy Rate (My Opinion)

I do not think PSP piracy is not anything new. I look at the matter this way: You can buy a PSP for yourself, right? Once it is yours, you can do anything with it, you can put it on the microwave and cook it (as seen here), you can take a hammer and drive a big nail to the center of the screen, you can use it to play games, you can do whatever to it, because it is yours, right? So, placing Custom Firmware (CFW) on their own PSP is O.k. for anyone who wishes to do so.

Does PSP piracy hurt Sony, and game developers? I do believe it hurts game developers, but considering how much money these companies make, it is really insignificant (considering it is really the minority of people, who have hacked PSPs, not all know about CFW). Its like taking a penny out of dollar. Now Sony on the other hand, should not even complain, since many gamers buy their PSP for the main goal to install CFW on them. It just makes it hot that way, and so PSP sells like crazy. Just like ice cream on a hot summer day! If anything Sony should just make CFW legal if they were smart. That way I think Sony would really control the handheld market, and beat Nintendo DSi by a long shot.

Peter Dille, a Sony representative, recently said that the problem of downloading PSP games is growing and it's quite sickening. These are his exact words: "It's not good for us, but it's not good for the development community. We can look at data from BitTorrent sites from the day Resistance: Retribution goes on sale and see how many copies are being downloaded illegally, and it's frankly sickening"

Super Travel Case With Pockets For The PSP

Made out of durable rubber shell. Main Reasons Why PS3 Might Just Be The Right Choise Over Xbox 360

I know you might think this post might just be out of topic of PSP, but it does have to do with Sony PSP. It basically suggests that if you already own Sony gaming hardware (PS2 or PSP), then if you are deciding on which gaming system to get next, then PS3 would be an attractive choice.

I like the author of this video, very well explained, and funny too. :r

Japan Sells Just A Bit More PSP Than DSi

Statistics for week ending April 12 in Japan. Now who thought the PSP was getting more sales? When the majority of time it has been the underdog against the DS. There was quite one time that month after month the PSP beat the DS in sales in Japan.

I could just imagine the PSP saying something like: "Ok, DS you have won some battles but not the war". The PSP is still fighting hard to just be the one handheld that everyone wants to buy.

The table to the right shows the statistics for all mayor systems sold in Japan as of week ending April 12. That really says we are living the age of the handhelds. really take a look at those numbers. It is quite remarkable that the PSP beat the DSi for a mere 213 units, but a win is a win even if it is just by one unit.

You can visit the source I got this from right here! Have a nice day and thanks for the visit :D

Final Fantasy Agito XIII PSP Trailer (Japanese Audience)

Looks awesome! I just hope they'd hurry up and bring this over to Europe and North America!! :D

Devil May Not Cry PSP

Well, this is concerning about Devil May Cry for PSP. I guess a long awaited game for the PSP for many countless fans of Dante. I hear its canceled?. uh-oh!! That just might hurt the fans!!! It is really not good when you are promised the released of a great game, and then later on say it is not even going to be out. That is not even trustworthy, Capcom!

I got to say that I am not even a fan, but could really see the let down for those who were waiting for Devil May Cry for the PSP. That is really too bad. Maybe Devil May Cry would have been as big as "God of War Chains of Olympus". Now we will never know, unless they pospone this tittle for way later on...

Gran Turismo For PSP (Upcoming Game)

Gran Turismo is expected to come to Europe sometime this year. Well, it is only rumored that the best ever driving game with much cars to choose from, I did ever played on the PSX and the PS2, might just be heading its way to the PSP. If that is the case I will be really happy if this occurs sometime this year, and will celebrate it once a real announcement has been made by Sony.

I still remember playing Gran Turismo from a while back on my PS2, and wish the PSP will bring this game up in the charts, and make it a PSP classic. Not that there are no good driving games nowadays for the PSP, but I think Gran Turismo will really be an excellent addition to the PSP library. More from this source! :D

Air Conflicts PSP Gameplay

Just released a few days ago. Air conflicts is the best airplane, shooter I have ever played. It is a great sim, but somehow the difficulty level might just be a bit high for me, cause even as novice, I failed many missions. Take a look at the gameplay video down below. :D

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus PSP Gameplay

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus is a good fighting game. I have always like this series of fighting games because the it is a very fast, special moves are easy to do, there are a variety of attacks, combos and the extensiveness of combo chains are really amazing. The characters look cool for the most part although I do think some are just over the top weird. especially that girl with the yo-yo as a weapon. (I just think even her fighting stance and moves are very not so common to see). I guess this contributes to the uniqueness of Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus. I know some of the characters from the past... Sol and Ki are the main ones, and there are new comers to see.

Hammerin Hero PSP Gameplay

Hammerin Hero for the PSP is a great game I am enjoying at this time. Although I have not done much along the story. So here is a quick video I took of me playing the game (start of the game).

DT Carnage PSP Gameplay

DT Carnage for the PSP looks and feels great, although I still do not know much of the usage of skills and items.

Your PSP Online Manual Guide

This occurred to me that it would be nice to post the link to the PSP's Official manual guide. Most of us, with older PSPs may have lost the original guide when we bought it. Sometimes we overlook some of the many functions the PSP has and so just click the image to take you to the PSP Online Manual User's Guide. :D

The 7 Colors Of PSP

This is a new commercial I saw on Joystick, but notice the carnival colors... Sorry guys, those colors are not available on the USA, because to my knowledge the last four colors shown on the video are Japanese.

I say I still prefer the black one, because it is more my style! take poll below this page! :D

Buy PSP 2000 With Custom Firmware!

Shsss! Well, after doing search after search on the internet on the market of buying an already hacked PSP. I came empty handed my first couple of times. When you know eBay auctions are constantly updated frequently, you may want to try your luck with eBay and do a "PSP with Custom Firmware" search. I used eBay, because it is likely a PSP with CFW will be up for auction there.

You will definately not find a PSP wiht CFW on any store online or offline. I know it may not be the most economic effective to buy a PSP with custom firmware when you (already have a PSP and) can do the Custom Firmware installation yourself, but it is another option for people who may not want to risk, or do not wish to place CFW themselves on their own PSP.

So, without further delay, here is the link I found on eBay.com: Buy A PSP With Custom Firmware. Its good for the next 6 days or so. Thanks for the visit and have a nice day! :D

Repairing UMD Shells Tutorial

This is really good information about how to do a UMD shell repair yourself. Do not think when you brake your UMD shell it's "game over". I really think that most of us do get careless once in a while, and sometimes or maybe most of the time the actual UMD disk is not affected, just the shell. This shows how you can save your UMDs and save you lots of money too.

Nice PSP Video! It Is Almost As Magic

This video was entered on Youtube.com for a PSP contest. Seems very good video editing and shows some of many functions of the PSP.

Go! Explore PSP Europe

The Tool Application for the PSP that consists of a GPS (Global Positioning System) receptor, and included UMD where I believe the maps of the user are stored. Now this great invention hit Japan first and then Europe, but when will North America be able to purchase one of this for our own? I just hope its sooner than later :D

How Is This For Realistic PSP Racing?

Now it seems that Sony Europe has new innovation gadget in which to keep on working. It involves remote control racing using a toy car and a PSP. The PSP will act as a controller for the toy car. The toy car is to have a camera as to simulate whatever it sees and project it on the PSP screen. How cool is that?

Seems like a good idea to me and if soon to be out in stores will lead to more PSP sales. The below pictures shows some schematics. Now, there are more specifics about this great invention, but I will let you read more about it here! What do you guys think about this? :D

Dissidia PSP Case: A Bit Pricey!!!

The above pictures show the Deluxe Dissidia PSP Case, which has an extra pouch for a UMD disc, Dissidia Final Fantasy Logo. But hold on just a minute! the price might just come as a shock to you as it did for me. Only someone with much money to burn would consider paying $120 for this case. I mean... come on!! not even the games are that much! I could probably buy a cheap case and around 4 good PSP games for $120 dollars...

New PSP Game Heading For Us This Summer: Steambot Chronicles Battle Tournament

Steambot Chronicles Battle Tournament by Atlus for the PSP. Looks like a beat'em up, mecha warriors with up to 4 human players with ad hoc. That seems about right, but the best part I think about this game is the ability to join in the fun with only one copy of the game, as opposed to every player having their own copy of the game. At least that is what I heard on the news.

Customization might just be a big part of this game too. I wonder how you go about creating your own robot and making it look unique???

I guess we will have to wait and see for ourselves this coming summer for more details of Steambot Chronicles Battle Tournament. What do you guys think? :D

Rock Band Unplugged PSP Trailer

Rock Band Unplugged PSP trailer looks great with excellent graphics, love this video trailer here. Rock Band Unplugged for PSP is said to be released in the U.S. this coming summer 2009. Nice music tunes, and what makes this game stand out from other ones is the fact that you can simulate playing either the drums, guitar, bass or vocals. It has 40 mastered tracks and some new include:

Jackson 5 - "ABC" (played on this video)
3 Doors Down - "Kryptonite"
AFI - "Miss Murder"
Alice in Chains - "Would?"
Audioslave - "Gasoline"
Black Tide - "Show Me the Way"
Blink 182 - "What's My Age Again"
Freezepop - "Less Talk More Rokk"
Tenacious D - "Rock Your Socks"

Wow! I will really look for this title when it comes... :D

Dragon Ball Evolution PSP Gameplay

Dragon Ball Evolution English version is not one of my preferred Dragon Ball game, but what is good about this game is the fact that it is one of the small files I have seen .

Military History Commander: Europe At War PSP Gameplay

From Slitherine, Military History Commander: Europe at War is a strategy game for the PSP. What I like about this game is that there is the fact that you can be educated about the history of war between 1939 to 1944.

I have just barely picked up the game. I must say it is not the best war strategy game I have ever played, but somewhat fun. Now, I do not recommend you go get this game at the local electronic store if you are not into strategy games and even if you do, you might find yourself not getting the controls of the game, and not into it at all at first, but I do believe you have to get to know the game before you love it. And besides it beats playing nothing.

How To Add Themes To Your PSP Tutorial

Interesting! I have learned the standard way to get themes on my PSP, but was not aware that on some CFW some rules applies to which file extensions are to be used for a specific CFW. Anyway this is a nice tutorial on PSP themes. Make your PSP stand out from the rest.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite Coming Soon For PSP

I wonder if Monster Hunter is really as big as they claim to be in the video. Are lots of people playing this game and has become super addicting???I am quite sold on the Japanese audience though, because I can really see that they do love their video games over seas.

This video is somewhat funny on some parts... I will try to update on this story, so please stay tuned. And thanks all for the visits! :D

Disgaea: Afternoon Of Darkness PSP Gameplay

I did get to play the PS2 version of Disgaea called Hour Of Darkness. Good thing this game did not suffer much translation sickness, I mean It was kept as much as the PS2 version as possible. Plus it has got some add-ons that are really neat that the PS2 did not have. like for example character collection and ad-hoc abilities to fight one on one.

What I like and about this game is that your power is kinda unlimited, well probably not unlimited, but certainly very extensive. you can find yourself playing this game for a real long time and even after defeating the last boss, you still have to defeat Baal, so much powering up is needed. Baal can be quite a challenge to beat.

HP (and attack power) is insane, and its one of the rarest I have ever seen on a rpg-strategy game. I haven't reach the top yet, but almost to have 1 million hp points, I wonder if characters can go beyond that.

Well, this is a great game to play and there are lots of techniques to use when attacking either single of multiple enemies. On the video I have the animation off, so battles go much quicker.

Enjoy :D

New PSP 300, Not Hag.ged, Foo Games, No demo!!! I Love This Video

The other day I came across this helpful video lolz... :r What do you guys think?

On the serious Note: the claim made by this youtube user is false as up until now the PSP 3000 does not have CFW and thus it cannot play ISO/CSO files. The games seen in the video are demos not full games.

PSP Vs Nintendo DSi

As I went through some PSP articles, I found this site quite interesting!! Basically states that Sony is kinda making it clear that the PSP is for mature intelligent consumers and has a broader game mix, being games targeted for all peoples ages. kid games and adult games as well. The Nintendo DSi has just focused on "kid" games and making the PSP a better choice on portable device because of game variety.

Furthermore the next wave of PSP games are just even getting more techi and UMDless I think with PStore anyone could just download games. I am assuming full games that you can actually purchase from the PStore via wireless feature.

There is one important fact to consider when comparing the two handheld devices. Up until now the DS is outselling the PSP by 2 to 1 worldwide. Does this fact make the PSP come in second place? Or could it mean that because the majority think of handhelds as toys it automatically targets kids?

I personally would not trade my PSP for a DSi any moment soon. I find the PSP a great gaming and media device and can quite think that there are loads of functions on my PSP the DS would only dream about.

What do you guys think? Please comment-reply! :D

Dragon Ball: Evolution Gameplay Gohan Vs. Goku

Is that supposed to be Gohan Vs. Goku?...

Just because the makers of this game have the ability to capture the motion of a good game such as Budokai, and place the bodies and faces of the movie characters does not automatically make this any good.

Sorry! guys; Do not get me wrong. I am a DBZ fan, but maybe this game was not a good idea huh?

Who else thinks Dragon Ball: Evolution looks like crap?... You are not alone :#

Who Are You Not Going To Call For PSP? Ghostbusters The Vidoe Game

This is just a rumor going around the internet: is Ghostbusters The Video Game coming to PSP? Some early articles I read on PSP news sites confirmed it, and so they claimed it due to the ESRB listing...

Ghostbusters The Video Game is published by Atari. And so as to frequent news I got; Atari has officially made it clear the PSP system listings has been mistaken. and they have no intentions to bring the game to the PSP. But on the other hand, Ghostbusters The Video Game will be released for other known consoles.

I personally think another game like this Ghostbusters would not hurt the PSP, It would be a good idea if Atari would consider it a release for the PSP in the future. It would mean another one added to the PSP library and maybe fun to play.

What do you guys think?? Please comment-reply hehe :D

PSP Europe: Lara Croft's Tomb Raider Double Pack

Eidos has announced the release of a double feature Tomb Raider game for the PSP. It will soon be there for Europe only though. Not yet announced for North America, but hoping it will soon make its way there too. The game will feature 2 in one game, 1. Tomb Raider: Legend, and 2. Tomb Raider: Anniversary.

Expect the double feature game to hit stores everywhere on April 10th, 2009.

If you are a fan of Lara Croft then we'll see how this game works out. The price is set to be 29.99 Euros.

I personally think this is quite a good idea from Eidos. I would definitely would like to get two games for the price of one. sounds like a good deal! What do you guys think?

Please comment-reply :D

Missusing The PSP: PC Status Monitor???

Many can be the functions of the PSP. Well, I say it is basically a gaming device, but some have taken it a more than that. Here we see it used as a PC Status Monitor which kinda shows the PC's CPU's Usage percentage, Memory, Swap, Time and Date, etc.

What a waste of a good gaming plattform. The PSP is desingned to play games and other kinds of media, not to do this crappy job. Sorry, friends. If this was all there was to look forward to for the PSP besides playing great games on it. I would not bother getting one.

On the other hand, it is nice to know that with PSP there is never a dull moment and see the different functions when hacked and/or costomised, but I guess this little trick is not for me. Maybe because I am not geeky and spend much time on the computer and wanting to know all the info there provided on another screen is kinda pointless.

What do you guys think?

PSP New Jack And Daxter Game Announced By Sony

Seems like the story continues with Jack and Daxter... Schedule for this fall 2009 Sony has announced there will be a new Jack and Daxter game for PSP and PS2. It will be called "The Lost Frontier". So if you are a fan of Jack and Daxter, be prepared to get into the action this fall. I, myself, have yet to try this adventure game, but heard so much about it, and I know it is one of the top games to play on the PSP.

More info about it? click here!
